All items are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment to you. Your purchases will be backed by the limited warranty extended by the manufacturer of the parts. Street Trends and the manufacturer will not honor warranty requests due to shipping damage, improper handling or installation, neglect, accidents, or competition use. Warranty claims apply to parts only.
Returns
Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange, or credit, please contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Most problems, such as installation, can be solved just by calling us. Street Trends will not accept returned goods without prior authorization. The customer is responsible for freight on ALL return orders. Parts authorized to be returned, on a non-exchange basis, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original date of shipment. All electrical parts, graphics, installed parts, truck freight items, garage sale items or special order items are non-returnable. Email service@streettrendsinc.com
Oversized Items
All items that are considered "oversized" are items that can be shipped via UPS, but at an oversized rate, indicating a minimum fee of a 30lb package. You will need to contact our Customer Service Department for shipping quotes on all oversized items.
Damage Claims
Always check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the person delivering the merchandise. Should any damage occur, immediately notify UPS so that the necessary steps can be taken to ensure prompt replacement of any damaged goods. Notify Street Trends Customer Service Department for instructions on returning damaged goods. Street Trends in not responsible for any claims arising from damage notification given after (3) days of receipt of delivery.
Shortages
Always check the contents of your delivery to ensure that all the parts ordered are received. If you are missing any items please check to see if they have been backordered on the invoice before calling the Customer Service Department. If a shortage has occurred, please contact our Customer Service Department within (3) days of delivery to ensure a prompt replacement. Street Trends assumes no liability after this point.
Foreign Orders
All foreign orders must be prepaid before shipment can be sent. Due to the constant fluctuation in currency rates and depending on the items being ordered, your freight fees will vary. It is important to contact Street Trends for shipping rates.
Alaska and Hawaii
All orders shipped 2nd Day Air. All orders must be prepaid with credit card, money order, or cashiers check. No C.O.D. Orders will be accepted. UPS rates depend on the items being ordered. Contact Street Trends for shipping quotes.
Sales Tax
All orders outside California are exempt from sales tax. California residents are required to add the appropriate sales tax to all orders. Rates are subject to change without notice. The current rate is 7.75%.
